• Gifts of Cash and Gifts by Credit Card

  Cash gifts can be made by check; please mail to Davidson Day School, Attention: Philanthropy Office, 750 Jetton St., Davidson, NC, 28036.
  
  Credit card gifts can be made online; click HERE to give now.

   

• Pledges

  Pledges can be made online, and all balances will be due prior to the end of the school year. Click HERE to make your pledge now.

   

• Gifts of Appreciated Securities

  A gift of appreciated stock (securities) may allow you to make a larger gift than you thought possible. If your securities have appreciated in value, you have the opportunity to avoid the capital gains tax that otherwise would apply to that appreciation if the securities were sold. You also may be eligible for an income tax charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the securities. With the tax savings, the “cost” of your gift to Davidson Day School may be much less than the actual value of the gift you are able to make—which may make this form of giving all the more appealing.

• Matching Gifts

  Your gift could be matched by your or your partner’s employers.  Check with your company's human resources office to see if they match charitable contributions and what their requirements are for gift submission.
  

   

• Honorary and Memorial Gifts

  Gifts made in honor or memory of a student, faculty member, coach, or friend are appreciated and can be designated as such.  To make an honorary or memorial gift, please email Charmaine Comerford, Asst. Director of Philanthropy

   

• Other Gifts

  If you would like to make gifts using a method not listed above, please email Mark Palmer, Director of Philanthropy.
