Enrollment Instructions

Thank you for partnering with us at Davidson Day School as we foster academic excellence through collaboration, creativity, and character development.

Each Parent must log into Patriot Connect under their own email address to access the contract, thoroughly review and sign. If you have trouble logging in, please contact our Registrar, Vanessa Noe.

Once logged into Patriot Connect, you will see a yellow alert bar at the top of the landing page, which includes a link that says, "You have XX Contract(s) to Review." Click that link to access your Files & Forms page to which we have posted your child's (children's) Enrollment Tuition Contract(s) for the 2025-2026 academic year.

You may also access the Files & Forms page by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting Files & Forms from the resulting drop-down menu.

Once you have submitted the Enrollment Tuition Contract(s) in Patriot Connect, please submit the enrollment deposit to finalize your child's (children's) enrollment for the 2025-2026 academic year. Deposit amount due at enrollment is located in your student's Enrollment Tuition Contract. Drafts will be processed immediately unless a specific draft date is requested.

If you are a new Patriot family, you can authorize an ACH for the enrollment deposit(s) on the Draft Authorization Form. The completed Draft Authorization Form can be shared securely with Suzette Watson (swatson@davidsonday.org) through Google drive or emailed to her in a password-protected PDF. The account provided is also the account that you authorize us to draft for tuition and Patriot Account fees throughout the year.
If you are a current Patriot family enrolling a sibling, you can email Suzette Watson to confirm if you would like to use the bank account currently on file for your enrollment deposit.

Enrollment is complete only upon receipt of both the Enrollment Tuition Contract electronically signed by the Responsible Signer(s) and the enrollment deposit.
