DDS girls basketball gets big 2A road victory

The DDS girls basketball team defeated an under manned Concord First Assembly team on the road 74-34.  CFA played without 2 star players but take nothing away from the lady Patriots as they put 5 girls in double figure scoring.  Led by Maya Caldwell 17 Courtney Meadows 16 Parker Tompkins 12 Alexas Bradford 12 and Ryann Sinclair 11.  Anika Riley added another double digit rebounding performance with 13. No rest for the team as they face 3A power Rabun-Gap Saturday at 1pm in the Yates Gymnasium.
