DDS gets a big 2A road win at Northside Christian Academy

The DDS girls basketball team pulled out a thrilling 70-67 win on the road over Northside Christian Academy on monday night.  Parker Tompkins had a monster night scoring a career high 31 points on 14-16 shooting from the field. The girls held a sizable lead in the 4th quarter only to see NCA fight back to close the score to single digits.  Credit our girls for keeping their poise and properly managing the clock down the stretch to seal the victory.  Maya Caldwell added 18 points on 8-11 shooting 12 of those points came in the paint.  The win gives the lady patriots a 6-1 record on the year.  Next up is York prep on Wednesday at home in Yates gym.
