Davidson Day Announces Acclaim Scholars Program
In honor of the school’s 25th anniversary, Davidson Day School is thrilled to announce the creation of the Acclaim Scholars Program, an exceptional scholarship program that recognizes academic excellence and exemplary character and provides financial assistance to deserving students.
For the 2025-2026 Academic Year, Davidson Day will offer Acclaim Scholarships to four new applicants in the class of 2030 (rising 8th graders).
Acclaim Scholars will be awarded a scholarship that covers 90% of their tuition through their graduation from Davidson Day School, provided the student remains in good academic standing and their family completes the school’s financial aid process annually.
Acclaim Scholar Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a rising 8th grader (class of 2030)
- Must be new to Davidson Day School
- Must have a strong academic record
- Must complete the general application for admission
- Must submit two teacher recommendations from their current school
- Demonstrate financial need and complete the financial aid application process through Clarity
Students not selected as Acclaim Scholars are still considered for admission and other forms of financial aid.
