DDS beats Wesleyan Christian Academy for first place 73-71 in Dbl. OT

The DDS girls basketball team won a thrilling double overtime game vs. WCA in High Point Friday night 73-71. The home team shot 41 Free Throws and 3 DDS starters fouled out of the game.  Parker Tompkins had a great game pouring in 27 pts. and grabbing 10 rebounds.  Maya Caldwell added 21 pts. including 3 3pt. baskets.  The win gives the Lady Patriots a 2 game lead in the conference over WCA and 20-2  record overall.  Next up is Southlake Christian Academy on Tuesday.
